Common Reasons for Delayed Recording Processing:
1) High Demand on Servers
  • When multiple users are recording meetings at the same time, it can increase demand on V.connct’s servers, leading to processing delays.
  • Solution: Wait a few extra minutes and check back later. Recordings are processed in the order they’re received, so they should be ready shortly.
2) Longer Meeting Duration
  • Longer meetings take more time to process. The larger the recording file, the more time is required to finalize and store it.
  • Solution: Allow additional processing time for meetings that exceed an hour or include multiple audio and video streams.
3) High-Resolution Settings
  • Recordings set to HD or higher resolution require more processing power, which can lead to slight delays.
  • Tip: If immediate access is essential, consider using standard resolution for faster processing.
4) Network Connectivity Issues
  • If there was an unstable connection during the recording, this might impact the upload and processing times.
