Managing or deleting old recordings in V.connct can help you stay within your storage limit and ensure space is available for future meetings. Here’s how to handle your recordings effectively.

Steps to Manage or Delete Recordings:
1) Access Your Recordings
- Log in to your account on the V.connct Dashboard and navigate to the Recordings section.
- In the Recordings section, you’ll see a list of all past recordings, including file size, date, and duration. Review these details to identify recordings you no longer need.
- To delete a recording, locate it in the Recordings list and click the Delete or Trash icon next to it. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This will permanently remove the recording and free up storage.
- Select and delete multiple recordings at once. Use checkboxes to select recordings, then click the Bulk Delete option to remove them all at once.
- Once you’ve deleted unnecessary recordings, check your storage usage to confirm you have enough space for future recordings. Storage details are typically displayed in your dashboard.
