Removing or Leaving an Organization in V.cloud

In V.cloud , both team administrators and members may need to either remove users from the organization or leave the organization themselves. This guide will show you how to remove team members or exit the organization, depending on your role.
To remove Team Members:
1) Navigate to the V.connct platform and log in.
- Click on your name and select "V.cloud"
2) Go to the left toolbar.
3) Then click on “Teams”
4) Find the team member whose role you want to remove.
5) Click on the “three dots” next to the team member’s name in the action column.
6) Select Remove from Organization.
7) This screen will appear, click on “Remove” to confirm.
To Leave an Organization (for Owners and Developers):
1) Navigate to the V.cloud platform and log in.
2) Click on the “Account” tab from the left toolbar.
3) Then click on “Teams”
4) Click on the “three dots” next to your name.
5) Select the “Leave Organization” option.
6) This screen will appear, click on “Leave Organization” to confirm.
Note:
- Org Owner cannot leave the organization and must transfer ownership before stepping down.
- Owners and Developers can leave at any time.
