Inviting New Members to Your Organization in V.cloud

Inviting new members is a simple process that helps you grow your team and collaborate efficiently within your organization. This article will guide you through inviting members, setting their roles, and managing pending invitations.

Note: Org Owner and Owner roles only can invite members.
1) Navigate to the V.connct  platform and log in.

- Click on your name and select "V.cloud"

2) Go to the left toolbar.

3) Then click on “Teams” 

4) You will now see the list of current members and their roles.

5) On the top-right corner of the screen, click on the “+ Invite Members” button at the top-right corner of the Teams screen.

- A dialog box titled "Invite members to your organization" will appear.

6) Enter the email of the person you would like to invite as a new member.

7) Click on the “+ Add” button to add more emails if needed.
8) Click on “Send Invitation” 
9) The status of the invited member will be labeled as “Invited”.

10) To resend an invitation, click on this icon. 

Note: You can invite multiple people at once by entering each email and clicking "Add" each time.

To cancel invitation:

1) Click on the three dots located under the Actions column.

2) Select "Cancel Invitation".

3) This screen will appear, click on “Delete” to confirm.

Note: Members are invited as developers by default, but you can change their role if needed.
