How to manage General Settings in V.cloud

The General Settings section in V.cloud allows users to personalize their experience by managing language preferences, updating profile details, and ensuring their account information is up to date. This article provides step-by-step guidance on how to access and configure these settings.
1) Navigate to the V.connct platform and log in.
- Click on your name and select "V.cloud"
2) Click on the “Account” tab from the left toolbar.
3) Then click on “General Settings”
4) Locate the Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number fields.
5) Click on “Save Changes” to apply the updates.
To upload a new profile picture:
1) Click on “Upload A New Photo”.
2) Choose an image file in JPG or PNG format (Max size: 800KB).
3) Click on “Save Changes” to update your profile picture.
Note: You can check the sidebar to see how much of your profile is complete.
