Efficiently managing your payment methods on the V.cloud platform ensures seamless transactions for subscription renewals, balance additions, and other billing activities. Users can add, edit, or remove payment methods as required, provided they have an upgraded subscription plan.

Roles: Account owners or administrators with upgraded subscription plans can manage payment methods.
Roles: Users who have access (Owners).

View/add a payment method

1) Log into the V.connct platform.

- Click on your name and select "V.cloud"

2) Click on the "Billing Center" tab in the left-hand sidebar.
3) Locate the “Payment Methods” section within the Billing Center.
Note: If your plan does not support payment method management, you will see a message prompting you to upgrade your plan.

Once your plan is upgraded, a button to add payment methods will be available.

4) Click on the "Add" button.

5) Enter the required payment details (e.g., credit card information, Email or PayPal credentials).

6) Click "Save" to finalize the addition of the payment method.

Editing a Payment Method
In the Payment Methods section, all previously added payment methods will be listed.
1) Click the ”Three dots” next to the payment.
2) Click on “Make it Default”, from the dropdown menu.

3) The payment that is selected will be marked as default.


Delete a Payment Method
Locate the payment method you wish to delete in the Payment Methods section.
1) Click the ”Three dots” next to the payment.
2) Click on “Delete”, from the dropdown menu.

3) Confirm the removal action.
