How to use the fixed links in V.connct 3?

Fixed links are unique URLs that do not change over time. Once created, you can use them repeatedly to invite people to your virtual rooms without the need to create new links each time. 

  1. Login: Start by logging into your V.connct 3 account using your username and password.

  2. Accessing V.connct: After successfully logging in, navigate to the "V.connct" section. to go to your dashboard.

  3. Selecting the Rooms Section: Within V.connct, look for the "Rooms" option at the left side panel and click on it to view your list of rooms.

  4. Types of Fixed Links: For each room, you will find two main types of fixed links:

    1. Moderator Link: Used to invite individuals who will present content or manage the room. This link typically grants additional permissions within the room and should be shared carefully.

    2. Attendee Link: This is the link you share with your audience or invitees to attend meetings or sessions within the room. It provides simple access for participation as a listener or viewer.

  5. Copying Links: To copy either link, you can usually click on the copy icon next to the link.

  6. Sharing Links: After copying the desired link, paste and share it via your preferred communication method: email, messaging apps, social media, or embedding it in documents or websites.

Please remember that these links are fixed. You can use the same link for multiple occasions without creating a new one for each event, simplifying invitations and ensuring a consistent access link to your room.
