Can I recover a disconnected session?

If you've been disconnected from a session due to connectivity issues or a device restart, V.connct provides ways to help you rejoin quickly without missing important moments. Here’s how to recover a disconnected session.

• V.connct attempts to reconnect you automatically if your connection drops temporarily. Wait a few moments to see if you’re reconnected to the session.

• If the automatic reconnection doesn’t work, navigate back to the "Meetings" tab on your V.connct dashboard.
• Find your active session, and click the "join" button to enter the meeting again.

• After rejoining, check your audio and video settings, as they may reset after a disconnection.
• Tip: Ensure your microphone and camera are still enabled if required for the session.

• If you’re unable to reconnect, reach out to the meeting moderator to inform them of the issue. They can provide you with an updated meeting link or additional support.

• If you missed part of the session, ask the meeting moderator if the recording is available. V.connct allows moderators to record sessions, and you may be able to catch up on what you missed.
