How to View/Upgrade Your Subscription Plan in V.cloud

Managing your subscription plan in V.cloud is simple and intuitive. This guide outlines the steps to upgrade to a higher-tier plan or renew your existing plan when nearing expiration. These options ensure you continue to enjoy uninterrupted service and access enhanced features based on your needs.
Roles: Users who have access (Owners).
Note: This guide is only for paid users who want to upgrade their plan.
View Your Current Plan Details
1) Log into the V.connct platform.
- Click on your name and select "V.cloud"
2) Click on the "Billing Center" tab in the left-hand sidebar.
3) Locate the “Current Plan Details” section.
4) This section displays:
a) Audio Conferencing
b) Video conferencing
c) Live streaming
d) Recording & storage

Upgrade Your Plan
1) Click on the "Upgrade Plan" button located in the Current Plan Details section.
2) Browse through the available subscription plans to find the one that best suits your needs.
