Managing Meeting Sessions in V.cloud

Managing recorded sessions in V.cloud meetings allows users to access, search, filter, and perform various actions on sessions. This guide outlines how to view and manage sessions.
Roles: Users who have access (Owners).

1) Log in to the V.connct dashboard.


- Click on your name and select "V.cloud"

2) Click on the "Meetings" tab in the left-hand sidebar.
3) Select the Sessions Tab.
3) Select the Sessions Tab.

4) View Session Table:

A table of sessions will be displayed with the following columns:
a) Meeting ID: Unique identifier for each session.
b) Title: The name of the room.
c) Session Initiate Date: Date and time when the session started.
d) Duration: Total duration of the session.
e) Participants (Unique): Number of unique participants in the session.
f) History: A detailed overview of past sessions conducted within the system.

5) Use the search bar at the top of the table to search for a session using the meeting ID.
