How to Manage Team Members in V.cloud

The Team Management section in V.cloud allows you to invite new members, assign roles, manage existing team members, and organize your team structure effectively. This guide will walk you through all essential team management tasks.
Note: Org Owner and Owner can manage team members, invite users, edit roles, and remove users while Developers cannot manage or view team settings.
1) Navigate to the V.connct platform and log in.
- Click on your name and select "V.cloud"
2) Click on the “Account” tab from the left toolbar.
1) Click on the “+ Invite Members” button located at the top-right of the Teams screen.
2) Enter the person’s email address.
3) Click on the “+ Add” button to add more emails if needed.
4) Click on “Send Invitation”
Manage Pending Invitations:
1) Under the Status column, you'll see members marked as Invited if they haven’t yet accepted.
2) To resend an invitation, click on this icon.
3) Click on the three dots located under the Actions column.
4) Select "Cancel Invitation".
5) This screen will appear, click on “Delete” to confirm.
Edit Roles of Existing Members:
1) Locate the member that you would like to edit their role.
2) Click the Role dropdown next to their name.
3) Select a new role (Owner/Developer).
Note: The Org Owner cannot change their own role.
1) Click on the “three dots” next to the team member’s name.
2) Select Remove from Organization.
3) This screen will appear, click on “Remove” to confirm.
Leaving an Organization (for Owners and Developers):
1) Click on the “three dots” next to your name.
2) Select the “Leave Organization” option.
3) This screen will appear, click on “Leave Organization” to confirm.
