Setting up your audio and video properly ensures you have a smooth and professional experience in V.connct meetings. Follow these steps to adjust your audio and video settings.

• Once in a meeting, you can adjust your audio and video by clicking on the microphone and camera icons in the meeting control bar at the bottom of the screen.

• Under Audio Settings, choose your preferred microphone and speaker from the menu. This allows you to select an external microphone or headset if connected.
• Tip: Test the microphone by speaking, and watch for the input indicator to confirm it’s capturing audio.

• Under Video Settings, choose your preferred camera from the menu, especially if you’re using an external webcam.
• Tip: Preview your video feed to ensure good lighting and positioning before the meeting begins.

• Some devices allow volume adjustment directly within V.connct. Use the slider to adjust speaker volume for optimal clarity.
• For video quality, select Standard or HD depending on your internet speed and preference. HD video may require a higher bandwidth for a smoother experience.
