How can I restrict file sharing in meetings?

If you want to prevent participants from sharing files during a V.connct meeting, you can enable the lock setting directly within the meeting controls. Here’s how to do it.
Steps to Restrict File Sharing in a Meeting:
1) Open the Meeting
Start or join your V.connct meeting.
2) Access More Actions
Start or join your V.connct meeting.
2) Access More Actions
- In the bottom toolbar, click on the More Actions button to view additional meeting controls.
- From the More Actions menu, select Room Lock Settings.
- In Room Lock Settings, toggle on Lock Chat & File Share. This will restrict participants from sharing files and sending messages in the chat.
- Once enabled, participants will no longer be able to share files or chat. You may want to notify participants about this restriction.
