How can I change my account email or phone number?

You can easily change your mobile number in V.connct, but you can't change your Email address once you have logged in or signed in with it. 

If you need to update phone number associated with your V.connct account, follow these steps to make the changes:

• Go to the V.connct Dashboard and log in with your credentials.

• Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, then select "Edit Profile" from the menu.

• Within the Account Settings, locate the "Account" section, where you’ll find your current email address and phone number listed.

• Click on phone number, and change it.

• Replace the current email or phone number with your new information. Double-check for accuracy, then click "Save" to update.
