In some cases, you may encounter issues accessing the V.connct website when using certain internet networks—even if you’re able to access other platforms like Zoom.

This is often because your internet network doesn’t properly resolve the V.connct domain due to one of the following reasons:

Steps for Windows 11:
  1. Right-click the Windows icon at the bottom center of your screen.

  2. Select System, then go to Network & Internet.

  3. Choose the network you’re connected to (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), then click Hardware properties.

  4. Next to "DNS server assignment," click Edit.

  5. From the dropdown, select Manual.

  6. Turn on IPv4.

  7. Enter the following DNS addresses:

    • Preferred DNS: 1.1.1.1

    • Alternate DNS: 1.0.0.1

   8. Click Save.

Steps for Windows 10:
  1. Open Control Panel.

  2. Go to Network and InternetNetwork and Sharing Center.

  3. Click on Change adapter settings.

  4. Right-click the active network and choose Properties.

  5. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties.

  6. Enable Use the following DNS server addresses.

  7. Enter the following values:

    • Preferred DNS server: 1.1.1.1

    • Alternate DNS server: 1.0.0.1

  8. Click OK.

After Completing the Steps:
  • Restart your Wi-Fi connection or your device.

  • Then try accessing the V.connct website again via Google Chrome.


Additional Notes:
  • Make sure you are not using a restricted network like a corporate or school network.

  • If the issue persists, try switching to a mobile network (data) or a different home network.

  • If access is still blocked, contact your internet provider (e.g., Vodafone) and ask them to ensure that the V.connct domain is not being blocked.
