Open or close your audio in V.connct3

The "Opening or Closing Audio" feature lets you control your microphone and volume settings during meetings. You can mute/unmute your microphone to prevent background noise or to participate in the conversation.

To open or close your audio in V.connct, start by joining a meeting: 

1) A pop-up window will appear, giving you 2 options: “Microphone” icon & “Listen Only” icon.

2) Click on the "Microphone" icon.

3) A pop up window will appear to enable the microphone, click on “Allow”. 

4) Another pop up window will appear where you can click on one microphone.

5) Click on “join” to join your meeting with audio.

6) Use the microphone icon to mute or unmute your microphone during the meeting.

7) Click on the arrow beside the microphone icon.

8) A pop up screen will appear where you can choose the microphone and speaker you’ll join with audio through.

9) Click on “Close Microphone” to reset your audio settings in the meeting.

1) As you start a new meeting, click here to turn the mic on or off.

2) Click on “Join Meeting”.

3) A pop up window will appear where you can click on one microphone.

4) Click on “Ok” to confirm.

5) Use the microphone icon to mute or unmute your microphone during the meeting.
