How to kick/ban a user during a meeting in V.connct 3

V.connct 3 gives moderators the ability to maintain a smooth and secure meeting by removing or banning users directly from the mobile interface. Follow the steps below to learn how.

Note: This feature is only available for moderators.

1) Click on “Show
User’s List”
located at the bottom toolbar.

2) Select the user to whom you will want to manage their setting.

3) Click on the three dots beside the user’s name.

A menu will appear:

4) Select from it "Remove participant".

A confirming window to the action of the removing will appear.


[Mobile]

To kick or ban a user during the meeting:

1) Go to the participants' list.

2) Click on the three dots located beside the user’s name.
3) A menu will appear, click on “Remove (name)” located at the bottom of the menu.
4) Click on “Block User” to not allow the user to re-join the meeting again.

5) This notification will appear to confirm this action.

6) Click on “Kick User” to remove the user from the meeting but he’ll be able to re-join the meeting again.

7) This notification will appear to confirm this action.

Note: Once you ban a user, they can’t get back into the meeting, while if you kicked a user, they can rejoin the meeting again.
