How to access User’s Settings in V.connct3

This feature allows you to view and manage another user's settings within the application.
This article offers a step-by-step guide for Moderators.

To access user’s settings follow these steps:
1) Click on “Show User’s List” located at the bottom toolbar.
2) Select the user to whom you will want to manage their setting.
3) Click on the three dots beside the user’s name.
A menu will appear:
b) Ask to share Webcam: Requests permission from a participant to share their video.
c) Send Private Message: Send private messages to specific individuals.
d) Promote as Presenter/Demote from Presenter: Grants or revokes presenter privileges.
e) Remove Participant: Removes a participant from the meeting.

1) select the “Participants” icon located at the top right of the screen.
2) Select the user to whom you will want to manage their settings.
3) Click on the “Three Dots” beside the user’s name.
4) A menu will appear:
a) Start Private Chat: Send a direct message with someone in the meeting.b) Set as Presenter: Let a user share their screen or files.
Note: If you click on “Set as Presenter”, this notification will appear as you can only assign moderators as presenters.

c) Manage Permissions: Control what users can do
d) Remove Participant: Remove someone out of the meeting.
